Reiki Cleansing Breath Practice
The “Reiki Cleansing Breath” practice is best performed in the morning, in fresh air or a well-ventilated space. It supports a sense of renewed energy, release of dense states, and gentle revitalization of the body.
Sit with a straight spine or stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hands in Namaste (Gassho). Invite the Reiki energy.
Visualize a поток of universal energy descending from above, entering through the crown, flowing along the spine and through each chakra, and moving down through the legs into the Earth. At the same time, sense a rising flow of Earth energy moving upward through your feet, along the spine, through the head, and extending upward into the Universe.
Remain with this visualization for about two minutes.
Then inhale, allowing both streams of energy to fill your heart, and exhale through your palms, imagining the energy flowing outward. Repeat this for 10 breaths.
Next, inhale into the lower abdomen, allowing both energies to gather there, and exhale through the soles of your feet into the Earth. With each inhale, sense yourself filling with Earth and cosmic energy; with each exhale, allow any heaviness to gently release.

For a harmonious process, also visualize how what you release with the exhale moves into the core of the Earth and gently dissolves there for the highest good.
Remain in this state, allowing the energy to flow through you, breathing out for as long as it feels natural or while you sense the Reiki flow. Then express gratitude to the energy and ground yourself.
