How to Create a Reiki Wish Box
Choose a beautiful box that feels приятна to hold and resonates with you. Ideally, you may select a Reiki box made of stone, as it tends to hold energy for longer periods. If this is not available, a wooden box or one made by your own hands is also suitable.
It is recommended to avoid metal boxes, though small metal elements such as a clasp or hook are acceptable. You may find a suitable box in an esoteric shop or create one yourself, allowing the process to be part of your intention.
The Reiki Wish Box allows you to gently charge your intentions and desires within a single session. It is supportive to work with it regularly—first for several consecutive days, then every three days, and later once a week.
When your box is ready, write down your wishes and dreams on paper (you may use one list or separate notes for each intention). It is important to phrase them in the present tense, as if they are already realized—for example: “I am happy in a loving relationship.” Focus on the feelings you would experience, allowing space for your desires to unfold in the most harmonious way.
You may also place inside the box previous intention notes, your photograph, or images of loved ones if you wish to share Reiki energy with them. From time to time, review your notes and update them as your intentions evolve. Allow creativity—this space can hold anything you feel called to energetically support.
Once everything is prepared, sit with a straight spine, bring your hands into Gassho, and invite Reiki energy. Set the intention for your desires to be supported in their natural realization. You may work with Traditional Reiki or Kundalini Reiki.
After inviting the energy, bring your hands toward the box and allow the energy to flow for several minutes, or for about 5–7 minutes.
If you do not have a box, you may use a beautiful pouch or envelope instead, holding it gently between your palms.
