Kundalini Goddess Meditations
To enter the Kundalini Goddess meditation, create a calm and supportive atmosphere. You may light candles or incense and play gentle music. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take several slow, deep breaths, allowing your body to relax.
Invite the energy of Kundalini Reiki, its subtle guides, Ascended Master Kuthumi, your Higher Self, your spiritual guides, and your Light family to be present in alignment with your intention.
Bring your awareness to your first chakra. Sense or visualize a radiant red sphere of energy. Within it rests the Kundalini serpent in a state of stillness. Gently address this energy, inviting it to awaken and to fill you with vital life force.
Softly repeat or chant the sound “Eiyu,” allowing it to flow and extend naturally, several times, as you attune to the awakening energy.
Now, visualize the Kundalini energy beginning to rise along the spine, moving upward through each energy center, reaching the seventh chakra. Then sense how, above the crown—about 20 cm—this energy begins to flow downward like a soft fountain.
Allow this stream to fill your body and aura with a sense of vitality, gentle activation, and luminous presence.

Observe this process for several minutes, allowing it to unfold naturally.
At the end of the session, express gratitude to the energy of Kundalini Reiki, its subtle guides, Ascended Master Kuthumi, your Higher Self, your spiritual guides, your Light family, and all who supported this space. Complete the practice with a grounding technique.
This meditation may be practiced once every 7–10 days, or as a series of 5–7 sessions, followed by a 5–7 day pause, after which the cycle may be gently repeated.
